Worst Reviewed Films of 2007
After letting you know our Best Reviewed Films of 2007, we just had to show the bottom of the barrel as well…so welcome to our list of our Worst Reviewed Films of 2007.
The Worst
Redline (2007) claimed this spot all on it’s own, with a depressingly bad 1/2 star out of 5. Apparently, nothing has been learned since the idiotic The Fast And The Furious hit theaters years ago, as this film tried their formula of tossing fast cars and little else at viewers - and expected viewers to actually enjoy the experience.
Notable Mentions
Following right on the heels of Redline (2007) came Captivity (2007) at 1 out of 5 stars. While we may have been able to forgive Elisha Cuthbert for The Girl Next Door (2004), starring in the incredibly predictable Captivity (2007) may be another story. Maybe Elisha should just stick to appearances on “24″, as she just can’t seem to pick a good movie script.
Coming in at our third worst reviewed movie of 2007 is animated film Happily N’Ever After (2007), which we gave a dismal 1 1/2 out 5 stars. This film - despite a voice by animation king Patrick Warburton - proved once again that actor couples (Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddy Prinze, Jr. in this case) shouldn’t make a movie together - even an animated one.
There you have it…the worst of the worst of 2007. Stay away from these, and you should be on your way to a happier 2008.
