  • After the match, Umaga continues to attack Santino. When he’s done, Maria runs out to check on Santino.
  • MVP def. Ric Flair to remain the United States Champion
  • Backstage, John Cena is confronted by Edge, who tells Cena the odds are against him. Cena and Edge banter back and forth, until Cena says “I’ll leave you two alone” - and Edge turns around to see federal investigator Beck.
  • Deuce N’ Domino def. Sgt. Slaughter & Jimmy Snuka to retain their Tag Team Championship
  • After the match, Deuce N’ Domino continue to attack Slaughter and Snuka, until former Tag Team Champions Tony Garea & Rick Martel intervene.
  • Batista def. Edge by DQ after a low blow in front of the referee, so does not win the World Heavyweight Championship
  • Theodore Long comes out and says the match will continue - and that if Edge gets disqualified again, he’ll lose the World Heavyweight Championship
  • Edge def. Batista by count-out, so retains the World Heavyweight Championship, after Batista gives him the Batista Bomb on the outside, then picks Edge up and puts him back in the ring…but can’t get back into the ring himself before the 10-count.
  • After the match, a frustrated Batista - who can not challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship again while Edge is the champion - attacks Edge in the ring
  • Candice Michelle def. Melina to become the new Women’s Champion
  • JBL has the announcer read off a list of his accomplishments in the WWE.
