Another fun video from those Brits at “Top Gear”. This time around, it’s not a fast car like the Bugatti Veyron - in fact, this one doesn’t go fast at all. It’s Peel Engineering’s P50, made in the early 60’s, and it’s in the Guinness Book Of World Records as the world’s smallest street legal production car. You just have to see this one for yourself…
