Plot: After a difficult job in London, hit men Ray (Farell) and Ken (Gleeson) are sent to the city of Bruges, Belgium to hide out until their boss, Harry (Fiennes), contacts them. But the longer they wait for Harry’s call, the more surreal their experience becomes, as they find themselves in weird encounters with locals, tourists, violent medieval art, a dwarf American actor (Prentice) shooting a European art film, Dutch prostitutes, and a potential romance for Ray in the form of Chloe (Poesy), who may have some dark secrets of her own.

Plot: In a time of heroes, the mighty warrior Beowulf (Winstone) slays the demon Grendel (Glover) and incurs the wrath of its monstrous yet seductive mother (Jolie), in a conflict that transforms a king into a legend. Animated. Based on the 8th century poem.

Plot: The people in this quiet town have always known about the creatures that live in the woods. For years, they’ve had a pact: they don’t go into the woods, and the creatures don’t come into their village. Plot: It’s a bad time to be an L.A. cop in the 5 days while the jury deliberates on the fate of the four police officers in the Rodney King beating. For Detective Perry (Russell), however, it’s business as usual: bring down bad guys - and make sure they stay down. When aspiring Asst. Chief of Police Holland (Rhames) starts turning on the heat though, there’s no telling what’s going to get caught in the fire.

Plot: Jim (Murphy) wakes up in a hospital one day to find that civilization has been destroyed while he slept thanks to a virus that has infected the entire population and has turned them into zombies - if you’re bitten or ingest some of their blood, you have 20 seconds before you become one of them. Survivors Jim, Selena (Harris), Frank (Gleeson) and his daughter Hannah (Burns) journey on to what may be their last hope: a military unit that seems to have survived the catastrophe.

Plot: During a gang war for the Five Points area of New York, a young Irish boy sees his father killed by Bill “The Butcher” Cutting (Day-Lewis). 16 years later, he (DiCaprio) returns to the place of his childhood to find that “The Butcher” now controls the Five Points. Now calling himself Amsterdam, the boy befriends “The Butcher” in hopes of someday getting close enough to kill him.
