Plot: After being demoted for embarrassing the Vice President, detective Orin Boyd (Seagal) is sent to the worst precinct around, the 15th. After a huge heroin heist goes down, Seagal begins trailing the mysterious Latrell Walker (DMX), who seems to be right in the middle of it. But he’s not alone..some of the cops of the 15th are in on it too…but how many? Not knowing who to trust, Boyd is on his own on this one…isn’t he?

Plot: Falt (DMX), Tommy (Anderson), Daria (Union) and Miles (Drag-On) get more than they bargained for when they steal some black diamonds. After the theft, Falt gets besieged by people wanting the diamonds, including a Taiwan special forces cop, Su (Li). Turns out the diamonds are a little more than meets the eye, and international killer Ling (Dacascos) will stop at nothing to get them - including kidnapping Falt’s little girl.

Plot: When his brother is killed in an Oakland gang battle, Han Sing (Li) comes to America to search for the killer. During his investigation, he meets Trish O’Day (Aaliyah), the daughter of the rival gang leader. Despide their family’s fight, Trish and Han get together to find the killer and search for the true cause of the gang war.
