★★★½☆ We Own The Night (2007)

Plot: New York, 1988: A crimewave is sweeping the city, killing policemen at the rate of two a month. Bobby (Phoenix) tries to stay out of things, but when his brother (Wahlberg), a Police Lieutenant, is wounded and he finds out his father (Duvall), a legendary Deputy Chief, could be next, he can no longer stay neutral…so joins forces with his brother for an all-out assault on gangsters like Nezhinsky (Veadov) and his organization.

★★½☆☆ The 6th Day (2000)

Plot: In the near future, the Sixth Day law - outlawing human cloning - has been passed. This information doesn’t really affect pilot Adam Gibson (Schwarzenegger) and his family - until the day he comes home to discover he’s been cloned. On top of that shock comes another - now that he knows about the Sixth Day violation, there are a number of people who want to kill him to protect that secret. Now he must expose the truth - or lose his family forever.

★★★★½ Gone In 60 Seconds (2000)

Plot: Randall “Memphis” Raines (Cage) was a car thief - one of the best, in fact - until he quit the life, 6 years ago. When his brother, Kip (Ribisi), gets in trouble from big-time thug Raymond Calitri (Eccleston), Memphis has to go back to life, and steal 50 cars for Calitri in one night…or Kip dies. On top of that, he’s got a cop (Lindo) who is dying to nab him for grand theft auto and a gang of car thieves that want him dead. A remake of the 1974 film.

After The Godfather (Brando) is gunned down, his sons Sonny (Caan) and Michael (Pacino) must try to take over the family business and prevent all out war with the other families. Based on the novel by Mario Puzo.
