Meanwhile, Aragorn (Mortenson), Legolas (Bloom) and Gimli (Rhys-Davies) search for the two missing hobbits leads them to Gandalf (McKellen), who has been reborn as Gandalf the White. He leads them to the kingdom of Rohan, where the king is besieged by dark forces. So begins the second film of the trilogy based on the novels by J.R.R. Tolkein.
