Plot: A multi-generational New York City police family’s moral code is tested when Ray (Norton), one of two sons on the force, investigates an incendiary case involving his older brother Frank (Emmerich) and brother-in-law Jimmy (Farrell). The case forces the family to choose between their loyalties to one another and their loyalties to the department.

A year later, the four surviving members track their betrayer down, anxious to settle the score.

His investigation stumps him, so he turns to the one person he knows can help - Hannibal.
