- Edge comes out and welcomes back the GM, the “love of his life”, Vickie Guerrero, who Teddy Long pushes out in a wheelchair. Edge says she has been through a lot, after suffering at the hands of The Undertaker. Edge hands the mic to Vickie, who says she isn’t doing very well. Aside from her physical injuries, she says she is “mentally scarred and emotionally distraught”. She talks about the upcoming Triple Threat Match at Armageddon 12.16.07 and says Batista, The Undertaker and Edge will all be in action tonight…starting right now with Edge.
- Edge def. Funaki
- After the match, Vickie asks the crowd to join her in a round of applause for “the man of her life”, Edge. The crowd doesn’t comply. Vickie goes on to say that Batista will face Kane in a Last Man Standing Match and The Undertaker will face Big Daddy V & Mark Henry in a Handicap Match.
- Victoria & Layla def. Michelle McCool & Kelly Kelly in a Divas Tag Team Match after Chuck Palumbo comes out to chase Kenny Dykstra around the ring. Distracted, Michelle McCool watches Chuck as Victoria pins her quickly for the win.
- Backstage, Chuck Palumbo is upset that he cost Michelle her match, and Chuck that says nothing has gone right since Noble beat him - and now Michelle is going on a date with Noble. Frustrated, Chuck punches a hole in the wall before walking off.
- MVP joins JBL and Michael Cole for the next match.
- Rey Mysterio def. Kenny Dykstra
- After the match, MVP gets in the ring with a mic, and says he’s there to congratulate him, and to remind him that they will compete for the United States Championship this Sunday at Armageddon 12.16.07. MVP offers to shake Mysterio’s hand, but Rey declines…and is hit from behind by the title belt by MVP
- Backstage, Edge and Vickie are talking. When Edge asks Vickie if she wants anything, she mentions she could use a couple of aspirin. Edge gets in Teddy Long’s face and tells him to fetch the aspirin as Edge and Vickie start making out.
- Festus def. The Miz
- Teddy Long comes out and says he’s been told to make an announcement that The Great Khali will face Hornswoggle…next.
- Before the match can start, Finlay comes out and starts attacking The Great Khali with his shillelagh. Khali’s translator grabs Hornswoggle…and Finlay knocks the translator out of the ring. Turning, Finlay is hit with a chop from The Great Khali, followed almost immediately by a two-handed chokeslam.
- Next Friday: Ric Flair is in a match.
- Backstage, Michelle McCool and Kelly Kelly are talking backstage, and see roses and heart balloons. Noble comes by and asks Michelle if she likes them, and she says it’s sweet. Noble says he’s gotten a dress for Michelle, and she can go get ready for their date, and he’ll be back.
- The Undertaker def. ark Henry & Big Daddy V in a Handicap Match
- After the match, Big Daddy V attacks The Undertaker from behind. Undertaker fights back, but Mark Henry & Big Daddy V eventually gain the upper hand, and take turns beating on The Undertaker, leaving him lying helpless on the mat when Edge comes in and mocks Undertaker.
