- RAW’s Jeff Hardy def. SmackDown’s Finlay by DQ after Finlay fights with the ref for his shillelagh.
- The Undertaker comes to the ring to talk about his upcoming Hell In A Cell match against Batista at Survivor Series 11.18.07. He tells Batista that he will not survive Hell In A Cell, but he will “Rest In Peace”.
- RAW’s Beth Phoenix & Victoria def. Torrie Wilson & RAW’s Mickie James in a Divas Tag Team Match
- Backstage, Jeff Hardy tells his brother Matt he has to leave to take care of some “private business”.
- MVP is in the ring to host The VIP Lounge, and calls out his guest, his tag team partner, Matt Hardy. Hardy comes out and asks MVP if they are as good friends as MVP keeps saying, why didn’t MVP do something when Mr. Kennedy attacked Jeff from behind during their match on ECW…then goes on to say MVP has been using their tag team titles to put off Hardy’s attempts to try to wrestle him for the United States Championship. When MVP says they are friends, Hardy tells him they aren’t friends and never will be, and challenges MVP to a match for MVP’s United States Championship. MVP says he can’t, because he already has scheduled them for a tag team title defense…and it’s right now.
- ECW’s The Miz & ECW’s John Morrison def. Matt Hardy & MVP to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions, taking advantage of injuries to Matt Hardy’s knee and MVP’s leg to pick up the win.
- Before The Miz & Morrison can leave, MVP tells them that he and Matt Hardy are entitled to a rematch, and they want it right now.
- John Morrison & The Miz def. Matt Hardy & MVP by submission to remain the WWE Tag Team Champions
- After the match, MVP helps Matt Hardy to his feet…then attacks Hardy’s injured knee with the United States Championship belt and continues the attack on the injured knee with the steel steps from outside the ring. After MVP leaves, Hardy has to be helped up the ramp by referees.
- Rey Mysterio def. Mr. Kennedy
- Michael Cole is in the ring for The Great Khali/Hornswoggle official weigh-in for their match at Survivor Series 11.18.07. Looking fearfully at Khali, Hornswoggle makes his way to the scale, where he weighs in at 138 lbs. The Great Khali gets on the scale, managing to break it before his weight can be read. Cole tosses in that Khali has been weighed before at 428 lbs. Through his translator, Khali tells Hornswoggle that it doesn’t matter if he’s a McMahon, he’s still going to get beaten at Survivor Series 11.18.07. Crying, Hornswoggle follows Cole’s directions to pose for pictures with The Great Khali. Khali reaches down and takes Hornswoggle’s hat, then throws it back at him.
- Batista def. Mark Henry in a No Disqualifications Match, using his World Heavweight Champion belt to deliver the final blow.
- After the match, Batista continues to attack Mark Henry, using everything at his disposal - including the ring posts, the steel steps and electrical cord. He finishes up with multiple chair shots to a prone Mark Henry, then gets back in the ring. The lights go down, and The Undertaker’s eyes appear on the video screen, his pupils rolling back into his head as Batista watches.
