• Teddy Long and Kristal come out to the ring. Kristal says “Teddylicious” has an important announcement. Teddy announces they will be getting married Friday, September 21st on SmackDown! The Great Khali’s music hits as Teddy and Kristal start giving each other CPR in the middle of the ring, and The Great Khali and his translator make their way to the ring. The Great Khali, scaring off Kristal, says - through his translator - that Teddy Long should fix the situation. Teddy interrupts, and says that at SummerSlam 08.26.07, it will be Batista vs. The Great Khali.

  • After the match, MVP complains he wasn’t ready, and that Matt Hardy wasn’t able to beat him in a fair competition, then challenges Matt Hardy to a wrestling match right now.
  • Matt Hardy def. MVP by count-out after MVP leaves in the middle of the match
  • Backstage, Deuce is looking for Cherry, and finds out she went into Batista’s locker room. Cherry comes out to see Deuce, and Domino comes to get the two of them. After theyleave, Batista walks up to his door…and meets Ric Flair coming out with a big grin on his face.
  • Backstage, Jamie Noble comes up to Funaki and Shannon Moore, who are making fun of how he was embarrassed by Hornswoggle last week. As the three of them leave, Hornswoggle pops up behind Jamie Noble to grin at him.

  • Chavo Guerrero comes into Teddy Long’’s office where Kristal and Vickie are looking at Honeymoon magazines, and tells Vickie about Rey Myterio’s comeback at SummerSlam 08.26.07, so Vickie gives Chavo “what he wants”: Chavo Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio at SummerSlam 08.26.07, leaving Chavo looking less than happy

  • After the match, Hornswoggle gets in the ring. When Noble spots him, Hornswoggle climbs out of the ring and hits Noble with a pie before climbing under the ring. Noble goes to the other side of the ring to block Hornswoggle’s escape - only to be sprayed in the face by a fire extinguisher.

  • Batista & Ric Flair vs. Deuce N’ Domino in a Tag Team Match ends in No Contest after a distraction by The Great Khali prevents Batista from winning the match.
  • After the match, Deuce N’ Domino attack Batista, leaving him lying outside the ring. The Great Khali delivers a new claw-like manuever to Ric Flair, leaving Flair lying in the ring, then leaving before Batista can crawl back into the ring.
