After the match, Boogeyman climbs into the ring to attack William Regal with worms, but Regal escapes
Teddy Long comes to the ring to introduce the new World Heavyweight Champion, Edge. Edge comes to the ring and says that he got no respect on RAW, but is willing to give the SmackDown fans the benefit of the doubt. Edge goes on to tell Teddy Long he’s not afraid of facing Batista at Judgment Day 05.20.07, since he was able to do last week what Batista hasn’t been able to do for 3 months: defeat the Undertaker. Batista comes to the ring and tells Edge that the title belongs to him, and that this Sunday he’s “going to be needing it back”.
