- Triple H comes to the ring. He says that last year at this time, he was in a wheelchair, getting ready to go to Wrestlemania 23: All Grown Up and watch “The Game” from the sidelines. After beating 5 guys last night at No Way Out 02.17.08, Triple H says that The Game is back, and at Wrestlemania XXIV 03.30.08, he will become a 12-time World Champion.
- Randy Orton comes to the ring. Orton tells Triple H that things have now come full circle, since Orton originally beat Triple H for the WWE Championship. Unfortunately, Orton adds, Triple H is just as jealous of Orton as he was when Orton won the title the first time 4 years ago.
- John Cena comes to the ring and says Orton is unique, since he’s the only Champion to ever lose his way into Wrestlemania. Cena says they should have a rematch tonight, with the winner going to Wrestlemania XXIV 03.30.08.
- GM William Regal comes out and agrees that Orton getting himself intentionally disqualified last night at No Way Out 02.17.08 doesn’t look good on the RAW brand as a whole, and more specifically, reflects badly on William Regal as General Manager. Because of that, Regal says that there will be a non-title match between Orton and Cena tonight - and if Cena wins, it will be a Triple Threat Match at Wrestlemania XXIV 03.30.08 for the WWE Championship. When Triple H starts to protest, Regal tells him he could help decide that match tonight…as Triple H is the Special Guest Referee.

- Shawn Michaels comes to the ring to announce the 1st inductee of 2008 into the WWE Hall Of Fame: Ric Flair
- Paul Burchill def. Super Crazy while Paul’s sister, Katie Lee, watches from ringside.
- The Big Show comes to the ring, and says he’s been told he has to apologize for his actions at last night’s No Way Out 02.17.08. Without further ado, The Big Show asks Floyd Mayweather to come to the ring. Mayweather comes out, The Big Show apologizes, and the two of them slowly shake hands.
- As Mayweather is making his way back up the ramp, The Big Show tells Mayweather the only way he was able to hurt The Big Show was because Show was on his knees, then tells Mayweather he could beat him in 2 minutes flat if he wanted to. Seeing Mayweather take offense at the comments, Big Show challenges Mayweather to a 1-on-1 match. Mayweather rushes back into the ring, accepts, and feigns a punch at The Big Show - who flinches.

- Before the Steel Cage Match starts, Finlay, who accompanies Hornswoggle to the ring, starts arguing with Vince and demanding Vince call off the match. As the two argue, JBL attacks Finlay from behind and handcuffs him to one of the ring ropes. As Finlay watches, helpless, Vince slaps Hornwoggle with his belt a few times before leaving the cage. Glancing at Finlay to make sure he’s watching, JBL attacks Hornswoggle into the cage a few times before Vince tells JBL “that’s enough” and calls for the medics. As the medics show up to help Hornswoggle, Vince and JBL turn their backs and walk up the ramp.
- Santino Marella and Maria come to the ring. Santina says that he knows what the fans want, and tonight they are going to get it. He announces Maria has agreed to pose for Playboy - and she will be in a match tonight versus Beth Phoenix. As Beth Phoenix comes out, Santino gets out of the ring and pretends to notice a disclaimer on the contract. The disclaimer, Santino says, states Maria must defeat Beth Phoenix tonight if she wants to pose for Playboy.
