- For “Fan Appreciation” night, Mr. McMahon gives away a giant-sized poster of his cover of Muscle & Fitness. Donald Trump appears on the big screen and drops money into the crowd. Having been upstaged by Donald Trump, Mr. McMahon storms off to his limo.
