Cabin Fever (2003)
Plot: 5 friends are all set for their vacation to a small cabin in the woods for a week to celebrate the end of their year at college. Everything seems to be going well, until a mysterious stranger shows up on their doorstep. He’s obviously extremely sick, so they try to keep him at a distance, and end up driving him away. Unknown to them, he stumbles down to the reservoir, and dies…effectively poisoning their water supply. Now, every drink of water they take could be their last…and they don’t even know it.
