Synopsis:

Small time crook Scott Lang stumbles upon an old uniform once worn by the reclusive Dr. Hank Pym aka Ant-Man. Now, the torch is passed and an unlikely new hero is born.

Our Thoughts:

Having read a few of The Avengers comic books as a kid, I vaguely remember something about Ant-Man. But, will this new comic book hero - turned movie star - be worth checking out? Doesn’t sound so interesting to me…but maybe a trailer or two will change my mind.

  • Comingsoon.net has an article that includes an interview with Edgar Wright, the director of Ant-Man, at the San Diego Comic-Con. The article states that he is “still in the very early stages” of the script, and so far, “he didn’t think there would be a super-villain in the movie, nor would there be any Avengers involvement.” Read the full article here.
