Mr. McMahon, reading a statement, says that tonight’s 3-hour RAW will have the 2007 WWE Draft, and will also be Mr. McMahon Appreciation Night.
Announcers JR, Jerry “The King” Lawler, JBL, Michael Cole, Tazz & Joey Styles explain that the winner of each match tonight will earn a draft pick for their show - and that pick will immediately be choosen randomly by computer. They go on to say that all of tonight’s opponents were chosen randomly by the same computer.

Draft Pick #1 (SmackDown): The Great Khali
Mr. McMahon Appreciation Night: Via satellite, former governor Jesse Ventura calls Vince a dictator and says Vince has not yet earned the right to be called “Mister”
Backstage, Coach says that Vengeance: Night Of Champions 06.24.07 will be a “night of champions”, with every match a championship match. Also, due to the “volatile” nature of tonight’s Draft, every former champion still on RAW will be eligible for a special WWE Championship match.

Mr. McMahon Appreciation Night: Via satellite, Snoop Dogg relives the “high points” of Mr. McMahon’s career, which include being stunned by “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.
Mr. McMahon Appreciation Night: Mick Foley comes to the ring and announces that since he is technically part of RAW, he will be part of the Open Challenge Championship Match at Vengeance: Night Of Champions 06.24.07. He then goes on to say that while Vince is rich and powerful, he doesn’t have any real friends.
